How it Works:

1. Sell a Term or UL Product. Tell the client that the "Home Office" will follow up with them.

2. Call our Platinum Team: Cindy Rankin (ext 122) or Vince Gallardo (ext 123) and give them:

• Client Name
• Address
• Telephone
• SSN
• Date of Birth
• Carrier Name
• Name of Product
• Face Amount discussed

3. Platinum team will:

• Complete the application with the client over the phone.
• Order the Medical Exam & any Inspections.

4. The Medical Exam company will bring the signature pages with them for the client to sign.

5. Client will send us the premium and delivery requirements.

6. Platinum team will follow up with client if questions arise and send policy to the client.

7. YOU receive a commission*!
